We love the vintage chic theme that is trending right now! The soft pastels, lace, and vintage mismatched plates and chairs that often make up the theme leave us feeling at home and dreamy. The additions of rustic elements like slices of wood under candles or desserts and moss accents help to continue a whimsical, rustic feel throughout the entire decor. We’re especially a fan of the flexibility that rustic weddings give you in food choices. You could have the entire meal catered or make all of the food yourself, since the rustic theme doesn’t demand smooth perfection in every detail and even becomes more charming with slight imperfections here and there. Another option we love for rustic weddings is bringing in food trucks and creating an outdoor festival or vintage tailgate feel. For example, in the photo below a classic truck with a metal cooler in the back serves as a refreshment bar for  your guests.
