Rinna and Rob tied knot on the banks of Toddy Pond in Surry, Maine, at a camp that Rob’s family had been going to since the ’70s. Rob proposed to Rinna on a tiny island in the middle of the pond after flying her to Maine as a surprise. Between that and Rob’s family connection to Toddy Pond, it seemed like an obvious choice for a ceremony site for their wedding.
How this couple met is pretty wonderful. In their own words:
We met while dining with her parents and dear family friend Paula at Rob’s restaurant, Marigold Kitchen. Rinna was eating what to this day is still her favorite dish, mac and cheese. She loved it so much that when their server asked how everything was she replied by saying “I will marry whoever made this dish!” Paula encouraged Rinna to leave her number for Rob. After much anticipation Rob finally called Rinna. It was an instant connection and they’ve been together ever since!
Too cute! Sounds like a tactic I might have to start trying out ;).
Congratulations to Rinna & Rob, and a huge thank you to emilie inc. for sharing these sweet photos!
